Progress Report: Positive for COVID

COVID Positive and what do I do?

Ok, here we are trying to start a new start after the new year and I test positive for COVID. I tested positive on 1 January. That one thing that surely can derail the weight-loss train. Then again, don’t use COVID as a weight-loss technique. Sure nausea can help, but I am sure it will not help that much. I am not taking a day off but I will try to let off the weight loss accelerator.

Covid symptoms:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • FatigueMuscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

I have had all of them

The bottom line: Covid is no joke. Go get immunized.
