Recipe: Blackberry, Ginger, Pineapple, and Pomegranate Smoothie

The delicious smoothie is satisfying deep purple.

This is a strange period in Georgia. In July and August, I begin harvesting my blackberries. These are a great ingredient in my smoothies and they go great with just about any other fruit. Pomegranates are what I have chosen to add to this smoothie. These two berries will add lots of vitamins and antioxidants to your daily diet.

This recipe is a delicious smoothie that I really enjoy.  I would double up the blackberries if I were making it again.

Blackberry, Ginger, Pineapple, and Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients:

 1 cup Fairlife Fat Free
 2 oz frozen blackberries
 2 oz frozen pineapple
 2 oz Ginger Shot PomegranateYou could add ginger and raw pomegranate instead
 2 2 tsp optimum nutrition fitness fiber
 1 cup Cold water
 2 ice cubes

Directions:

Place in blender and blend until smooth.
