Chocolate Pumpkin Seed Smoothie
This recipe has the fiber from pumpkin and chia seeds and the protein and probiotics of kefir.
A delicious mixture of pear, banana, kefir, pumpkin, and chia seeds. The cook time is blender time. Each serving has 10 grams of fiber.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat kefir
1 pear
1 banana
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Ice
Directions:

- Hatch chiles are also called Anaheim, green, or New Mexico chiles.
