Cranberry Kiwi Kefir Smoothie

A protein, fiber-rich smoothie that will keep you full all morning long.

A sweet and tart smoothie that is high in protein and fiber. Each serving has 10 grams of fiber. Cook time is blender time.

Ingredients:

 1 cup cranberries
 1 medium kiwi fruit
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 cup strawberry banana kefir
 1 cup ice or water

Directions:

Place in blender.
