Cranberry Orange Smoothie
This recipe is one of the most delicious smoothies I have ever had. It was adapted from Homechef’s Cranberry Orange Dream Smoothie. I added some fiber and protein with Darndad Nutrition’s Fiber DX.
Ingredients:
1 Navel Orangepealed
5 oz Frozen Pineapple
4 oz Frozen Cranberries
5.30 oz Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
4 oz orange juice
1 oz honey
1 scoop of FiberDX from Barndad nutrition
Directions:
