Raspberry Mint Green Tea

This beverage is a delicious and refreshing drink that is low in calories and will help you lose weight.  It combines the tart taste of Raspberries and the refreshing zing of mint.  

Raspberry Mint Green Tea
Serves 2
The refresing flavor of mint and the tart tatse of raspberries.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups water
  2. 2 bags of green tea
  3. 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
  4. 1-2 tsp of honey
  5. 8 leaves of mint (save a sprig to garnish each drink)
  6. 1 cup of ice
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Press the raspberries into a mush. Set aside.
  2. Microwave water to 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add teabags and steep for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add honey to tea and stir.
  5. Add raspberries to tea.
  6. Add mint leaves.
  7. Refigerate for 30-60 miuntes.
Notes
  1. You will like this one. It goes well by itself or with a shot of bourbon.
