After college, I gained a lot of weight. Part of it was the sedentary lifestyle that grew with my waistline as I moved through medical school. Unfortunately, the sedentary lifestyle of education was not healthy for my weight. I am certain many of you experienced a similar experience in life.

The good news is that success may be as simple as taking a photograph. A photograph showing your pre-weight loss physique document your weight prior to the weight loss. You can use this photograph to help motivate yourself to stay on the path toward health.  As you transform your flabby physique into a more fit and trim form, the photograph can be used as motivation not to regain the weight.
