Schlotzsky Angus Beef & Provolone: a healthier option with huge flavor

Today, I am on the go. I am traveling back home to see my family and had to stop for lunch. My family did there typical wishy-washy dance so I has to decide on where to eat. I decided on Schlotzsky and there we are. It is not the healthiest place to eat, but there are option that are better for you.

Angus Beef & Provolone is the sandwich I chose. I got it without mayo and instead added hot sauce and pepperoncini peppers. I loved the flavor and it only had a little over 500 calories.

The sandwich has over 25 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber. Both of which are promising for good nutriton. The downside of this sandwich is 1200 grams of sodium, 19 grams of fat, and 55 grams of carbohydrates. All of which are a little higher than I would want.

The bottom line: There are healthy options at nearly every restaurant. I am sure you will enjoy this one. It is healthier than most and quite filling.
