Two weeks and counting.

The snowball is rolling down the hill of health progress.

Today, I weighed 233.

Update:

  • Weight: 233 pounds – gained 5 pounds in two weeks.
  • Body fat: 29.5%, down by 1 percent in two weeks.
  • Waist: 41.5 inches

The bottom line: Keep me in your prayers to keep marching forward.
