One step away from my short-term goal.
Continued progress has me a little closer to my goal. I have 1.5 pounds to go until I will make weight and one week to meet that goal. My PT test is less than 1 week away and I weigh in on the following week.
Update:
- Weight: 221.5 pounds with 1.5 pounds to go. I lost 0.5 pounds this week.
- Body Fat: 0% body fat loss.
I will post an update on Monday. Hopefully, I can maintain it for the weekend.
