Progress with a small road bump.
I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. I would have lost about four, but I had a little over indulgence over the weekend. Dammit, cookie dough!
Update and Plan for next 2 weeks:
- Exercise: Cardio 3 times a week with push-ups and sit-ups 3 x a week.
- Nutrition: I am lowering it to 1200 calories a day with 30-40% protein and 30 grams of fiber. I am going to try no to eat form 1800, or 6 pm to 1000 or 10 am.
- Weight: I weight 221. Lose 4 pounds lost or 217 pounds in 2 weeks.
- Body Fat: I am currently 25.9% or so. I would like to get down to 18%. I think 1/2% is realistic for two weeks. Count that as a goal of 23%
I will see you again in 2 weeks. Hopefully, we will see improvement. This time no cookie dough.
