Today is an opportunity.  

Ok, first let me apologize.  I posted a post today that was just a template and not ready for prime time. I said I would nto let that happen again and oops, there it is.  This is the corrected post.  

I feel fat and bloated.  My clothes are tight and it is starting to hurt to move.  It is time to return to my healthier lifestyle.  It is time to jumpstart my plan.  

Two weeks ago, I started a new attempt at getting healthy again.  Just like the post, this attempt was not ready for prime time.  So, tomorrow will be another day and I will have a fresh start again.  Don’t get me wrong, if you look at todays progress, it is not all bad.  I have actually lost weight without trying and that is good news.  

Update and Plan for next 2 weeks:  

  • Exercise: I have acccomplished zero exercise in the last 2 weeks.  My goal is:  3 times a week.  Cardio 3 times a week with push-ups and sit-ups 3 x a week.  
  • Nutrition: I did not follow a diet for the past 2 weeks.  My goal this period is 1500 calories a day with 30% protein and 30-40 grams of fiber.  
  • Weight: I weighed 217 two weeks ago and top out at 220.8.  Today, I weight 216.8.  My goal is to lose 3 pounds lost or weight 213.8 pounds or less in 2 weeks.
  • Body Fat: I am currently 25.4% or so.  I would like to get down to 18%.  I think 1/2% is realistic for two weeks, so my goal is 24% in two weeks. 

I will see you again in 2 weeks.  Hopefully, we will see improvement.  I am pretty certain I am in a stable part fo my life and I can finally get back on track.  I am going to reduce my calories and return to breakfast smoothies.  Wish me luck!
