Huge progress.
Week 10 is complete with 6 days to go until my next PT test. I literally need to lose 1 pounds a week to meet my goal. It has been a great week with over 4 pounds lost. I have lost a whole 1.2% body fat.
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 226.5
- Ended at 222.0
- Down 4 pounds
- Body Fat:
- Down another 1.2% – total loss of 5.5% and 0% to go.
- Exercise:
- 5 of the last 5 days with 22 miles and 95K steps
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 5 of 7 days. I ate out a little bit too much.
Zero Alcohol and that was tough with College Football starting.
