The plan has started and progress is beginning.
If you have been following my plan, you know that I have experienced a setback in my weight loss and maintenance. Six weeks ago, I injured or reinjured my shoulder.
Over the last week, I have begun to push myself with physical therapy and restarted the diet.
Today, I weighed 232 and 28% body fat. It is not much but it is a start.
Update:
- Weight: 232 pounds – down 2 pounds in a week.
- Body fat – still at 28%
The bottom line: Hopefully, I can keep the progress going.
