Think About Why You Started

Are you discouraged at the progress in meeting your New Years Resolution?

We are at the one-week mark and between 1-3 weeks is where quite a few of us will become discouraged and plan on quitting their plan.  No matter whether you plan to save more, lose weight, live a healthy lifestyle, or improve your family life, it is not the time to give up, but rather it is time to get busy and refocus on the goal.     

Think About Why You Started

The Bottom Line: Refocus and retool and get to work.  You will make the objective this year.  Do not be discouraged by a little adversity.
