Blackberry Butternut Kiwi Smoothie
This smoothie recipe is one that I made to use up some butternut squash that I had a leftover in frozen cubes. It was so delicious I decided to add it to the website.

This is this movie that I made to get rid of some extra cubes of butternut squash I had left over. I used Fairlife nonfat milk but you could sue what every you have.

Ingredients
- 70 grams of frozen blackberries
- 140 grams of frozen butternut squash
- 1 cup of milk or milk substitute
- 1 scoop of Fiber DX from Barndad nutrition
- 1 cup of water

Instructions
- Blend until smooth.
Notes
- Cook time equals blender time. Each serving has 8.5 grams of fiber.
