This smoothie recipe is one that I made to use up some butternut squash that I had a leftover in frozen cubes.  It was so delicious I decided to add it to the website.

Blackberry Butternut Kiwi Smoothie

This is this movie that I made to get rid of some extra cubes of butternut squash I had left over. I used Fairlife nonfat milk but you could sue what every you have.

Ingredients
  1. 70 grams of frozen blackberries
  2. 140 grams of frozen butternut squash
  3. 1 cup of milk or milk substitute
  4. 1 scoop of Fiber DX from Barndad nutrition
  5. 1 cup of water
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. Cook time equals blender time. Each serving has 8.5 grams of fiber.
