- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop of Fiber DX from Barndad Nutrition
- 1 apple
- 1 bottle Ginger Shots Lemon Ginger
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of water
