A smooth and filly snack that packs island flavor with that extra kick of fiber.
I love Piña Coladas or Pina Coladas if you do not have the special characters on your keyboard. This is an awesome drink that I think you will love. You will need a Ninja Blender and xylitol, pineapple extract, and coconut extract. After reposting this a prior smoothie recipe, I decided to add a little extra kick.
This is a simple low calorie pina colada recipe that will surprise you with how much flavor it packs.

- This recipe has less than 150 calories per serving. I added a little fiber or protein mix to give it an extra kick. It is a great snack or a light desert.
- This recipe has 1-2 tsp of xylitol. It will have 90-100 calories based on the xylitol content. I used Olive Nation extracts.
