Smoothies are the perfect breakfast for on the go.  You can store them in the refrigerator overnight. Kefir adds a probiotic for gastrointestinal health.  

Mango Mint Raspberry Smoothie

A delicious fiber filled smoothie that has protein and fiber to keep you full all day long.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup frozen mango
  2. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  3. 2 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 cup Listaway fat free Kefir Yogurt
  6. 6-8 mint leaves
Add ingredients to shopping list
