Recipe: Raspberry Orange Smoothie

A light, refreshing, and delicious smoothie to start the day.

Today for recipe Sunday and I have made a simple, summertime smoothie that is so tasty and filling it can keep you full for hours.  This is my favorite Raspberry Orange Smoothie.  This recipe is a delicious and filling breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients:

 1 frozen navel orange
 1 cup frozen raspberries
 1 cup Fairlife skim milk
 1 tsp xylitol
 1 scoop of Vanilla Anytime Protein
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup ice

Directions:

Place ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.
