This sandwich has a mixture of fiber and protein to keep you full all day long.

VEGGIE EGG WHITE SANDWICH

I struggle to eat a healthy meal on the go and this is especially true with breakfast. When I travel, I often leave the house before breakfast so picking up a quick breakfast is essential to me to avoiding grazing the rest of the day. The good news is that you can get a healthy option even at Dunkin’ Donuts.

This breakfast sandwich is delicious. I have to give it a thumbs-up. The Veggie Egg White omelet is light and filled with ingredients to fuel you through your day like spinach, red and green bell peppers, onions and olive oil. I added a little hot sauce, but it was fine without it.

The bottom line: This meal was a delicious and filling breakfast that I will continue to revisit. It is not Chick-fil-a but it is pretty darn good.
