A little progress.
Week 9 is complete with 2 to go until my next PT test. I literally need to lose 4 pounds a week to meet my goal. It has been a tough week. A Little weight loss, and I have lost a whole 0.8% body fat.
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 228.5
- Ended at 226.5
- Down 2 pounds
- Body Fat:
- Down another 1.3% – total loss of 4.5% and 1.2% to go.
- Exercise:
- 5 of the last 5 days with 20 miles and 80K steps
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 3 of 7 days. I ate out a little bit too much.
Zero Alcohol and that was tough with College Football starting.

The bottom line: I need to make huge progress in 2 weeks to meet my goal of 220. I don’t see it happening.
