Monday are made for recovery.

I have found ti very difficult to stick to my path to a healthy lifestyle on weekends.  Too many temptations and way to much alcohol.  I have about another 3 weeks to go and I need to lose 6  pounds.  

Update and Plan for the next week:  

  • Exercise: I did 2 times a week with 53K steps for the week.  I did to 9K today.      
  • Nutrition: 1500 – 3000 calories a day with 35% protein and 24-33 grams of fiber.  The largest intake was 3000 per day over the weekend.
  • Weight: I weigh 225 on today.   I am still within range of making weight.  I just need to stick to this diet.   

I will post an update with a weight on Friday.
