Progress Report: 21 January 2022

Week 3 is a go.

I am not quite doing a fasting diet. I am doing a keto fast.

Report:

  • Weight: 240 pounds
  • Body Fat: 21%
  • Diet: Fewer carbohydrates. No alcohol.
  • Exercise: Need to add the bike and walking.

The bottom line: 2 pounds down is better than none. I need to do a little better.
