Dietary Misstep Are Common and Should Not Discourage You.

We all have a period of time when we choose to overeat.  We plan to start a diet and after a few days, we find ourselves trying to recover with our ball in the rough.  There is no simple way to say it, I messed up.  I personally have lost my confidence and need to start a new.  I tried the fasting and just about any diet out there and the only successful weight loss plan I have tried past the age of 40 years of age is moderation.  I am going to read more on fasting and return to moderation.  I may try fasting again, but it won’t be today.  The science makes sense, but I need to read more.

WT 214 pounds
