Orange Gingerade Smoothie

This is a delicious and filling smoothie with the zing of ginger.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup milk or substitute
  2. 1 scoop of Barndad Nutrition Fiber DX
  3. 1 tangerine or small orange
  4. 1 bottle Ginger Shots Orange Ginger
  5. honey or sweeter - optional
  6. 1 tsp of orange zest
  7. 1 cup ice

Instructions
  1. Fill a blender with the ingredients and blend until smooth. Ginger Shots are a great addition to just about any smoothie.  All the benefits of ginger, without all the hassle.
