My path to health: a slight stagnation

I started refocusing my efforts after I peaked to 218 pounds on 2 July.  I have lost 8 pounds in 3 months.  To be honest, I have not really tried that hard.  I have about three weeks until the fitness test.  I have to weight 220 as long as they get my height right.  In my 19 years of service, they have measured my height from 73-76 inches.   To be honest, I am 74.5 to 75.5 inches tall.  As long as they do not go down to 73 inches, I should be fine because at 75 inches I am authorized 214 pounds but weight 210 pounds.

Besides this, what else has changed?  I have lost 1% body fat and about one inch off my waist.  I started exercising again over the weekend after a slight 2-week illness.  I am also focusing on 3 meals a day and 1500 calories with a 1-200 calorie snack.  This should lead to 2 pounds of weight loss a week.

I will post my progress in about 2-3 weeks.
