Recipe: Blueberry Probiotic/Prebiotic Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie recipe is everything but a plain Jane, “basic” blueberry smoothie. It is cold, creamy, nutritious, and delicious. The biggest thing I love about this smoothie is the fact that it combines the probiotic of kefir and probiotics of Fiber DX.

All you need to make these blueberry smoothies are three basic ingredients: frozen blueberries, kefir, and FiberDx. The sweetness of the blueberries makes it do you do not need to add sweetener.

 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
 2 cups Low Fat Kefir
 1 Scoop Fiberdx by Barddad Nutrition
